A strategy specialist, Felix Velarde started one of the first digital agencies –
Hyperinteractive – in 1994 followed by Head New Media. Since 2002 Velarde has been MD of Underwired, the leading specialist eCRM agency, working with clients including Virgin, Asics, Marks & Spencer, FT, Regus, Sony and British Land. He lectures on strategy at the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing at Hult International Business School. He is now CEO of Underwired and is involved in a number of agencies as a non-exec.
